Broadlawn Manor’s Outpatient Rehabilitation program offers a full range of advanced rehabilitative programs for adults 18 years of age or older. Treatments include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for patients recovering from joint replacements, general deconditioning, cardiac events or balance disturbances.

The modern rehabilitation facility at Broadlawn Manor, located on the Nassau/Suffolk border on Long Island, New York, features an experienced multidisciplinary team of licensed medical professionals, state-of-the art equipment and innovative approaches. Working together, they are focused on promoting recovery through a variety of rehabilitation therapies and treatments. Each patient receives the individualized care, motivation and support needed to attain a peak-level of functioning.

Broadlawn Manor is proud to be the first Skilled Nursing Facility in Suffolk County to offer VitalStim Therapy.™ VitalStim Therapy is a non-invasive external electrical stimulation therapy that reeducates the throat muscles needed for swallowing. This innovative therapy has assisted numerous patients in improving or relieving swallowing difficulties and is administered by Speech-language therapists certified in the technique.  For more information or to schedule an appointment, please contact 631-608-5630.
